Use our booking inquiry form or message us directly on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability and send you a secure payment link. The entire process is personal and straightforward.
Booking direct means no platform fees for either of us. You get a better rate, and we can offer more flexibility with dates, early check-in, and personalized service. You also deal directly with the owners, not a platform.
Both residences use smart lock self check-in. We’ll send you detailed instructions and a door code before arrival. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, but we’re flexible when the schedule allows.
Puerto Plata International Airport (POP) is approximately 30 minutes by car. We can arrange private airport transfers for a seamless arrival experience.
Cabarete is a well-established tourist destination with a strong international community. The Millennium Resort is gated with 24/7 security. The town center is walkable and lively, with restaurants and shops along the beach.
Your private residence with pool, all linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, parking, and access to Millennium Resort grounds. Concierge services are available as add-ons.
Absolutely. We frequently host families, retreats, and celebrations across both residences. That’s up to 16 guests with two private pools and six bedrooms. Contact us for group rates.
Yes. We offer discounted rates for stays of 2 weeks or longer. Reach out and we’ll put together a custom quote.
We offer flexible cancellation: full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, 50% refund for cancellations 14–30 days before check-in, and no refund within 14 days of check-in. Date changes are subject to availability and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Minimum stay varies by season, but is typically 2–3 nights. Contact us for specifics on your dates.
We accept all major credit cards through secure Stripe payment links. We can also accommodate bank transfers for longer stays.
Yes. A refundable $250 security hold is placed on your card 3 days before check-in. This is a hold only — not a charge. Your funds are never withdrawn. The hold is automatically released after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property. This is standard practice for luxury vacation rentals and hotels.
